WHAT can be returned?
Change of mind, any unopened and unused item can be returned for a store credit.
Faulty items under warranty, can be returned for a replacement, credit or refund. (Supplier Approval may be required) 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
If an item is to be exchanged for change of mind, we must be contacted within 7 days of you receiving the item to be able to process your request.
Or, if the item is faulty it must be returned within its warranty period. 

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
My Hair Wholesale 289 High Street Golden Square VIC 3555, or given to one of our sales representatives on an in-salon visit. 

HOW do customers return items?
If you are returning an items for a change of mind exchange, this is at your expense. Postage costs to send out the new products may be incurred. 

SHIPPING for returns?
If an item is being returned under warranty, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the postage. Please keep your receipts, My Hair Wholesale can re-imburse part or all of the postage charges you incurred, if the item is deemed faulty. 

CREDIT for returns?
Change of mind: Store credit or exchange is available within 7 days of original purchase. 
Warranty Claims: Store credit, replacement or refund is available within the original warranty period. (After inspection and supplier approval, if required)

Instore return option?
My Hair Wholesale 289 High Street Golden Square VIC 3555, or given to one of our sales representatives on an in-salon visit. 

Packing materials?
Change of mind: The item(s) must be in the original packaging and unopened. (Proof of purchase is required)
Warranty Claims: Original packaging not required. (Proof of purchase is required)
